Quick Answer
The 10th Anniversary Knight of Asperity is an updated army builder with new articulation, a new head, and additional accessories, making it a worthy upgrade for collectors and a fresh entry point for new fans.
Why the 10th Anniversary Edition Stands Out
The Knight of Asperity has been a fan favorite since the original H.A.C.K.S. universe launched. For the 10th anniversary, Boss Fight Studio released an updated version that honors the original while adding meaningful improvements.
The most noticeable change is the new articulation, which enhances posing options and playability. The new head gives the figure a distinct look, and the included accessories help him win the battle, as the official description notes.
Trade-Offs to Consider
While the updated features are welcome, collectors who already own the original Knight of Asperity may wonder if the changes justify a second purchase. The new head and accessories provide a fresh aesthetic, but the core design remains similar.
If you're a completionist or an army builder, the updated version offers a chance to add variety to your ranks. For casual collectors, the differences might not be enough to warrant a double-dip unless you value the articulation upgrade.
